IRPA Conference (International Radiation Protection Association) Glascow Scotland

The IRPA Conference held in Glascow Scotland in May, proved to be a rewarding event.  There was much interest from various foreign nuclear companies around S&W’s suite of radiation protection software products.  VSDS (Visual Survey Data System) continues to be best in class world wide for the documenting and reporting of electronic radiological surveys.  GEDDS (Graphical Electronic Dosimetry Display System) was also a highlight at IRPA for its best in capabilities for the monitoring of radiation dose levels on people and areas within nuclear and department of energy sites.

2012 ASSE Expo and Conference (American Society of Safety Engineers) Denver Colorado

The ASSE Expo and Conference held in Denver Colorado in early June, had another enormous turnout with over 4000 attendees from around the world.  S&W showcased it’s safety products, the Site-Wise Guardian Observation system, Incident Tracking system, and S&W’s newest SafeScan capture solution.  The SafeScan solution eliminates the need for manual data entry for hardcopy safety observations, inspections, and audits.  This solution solidifies S&W’s capability to provide its customers an in-house, end-to-end solution for the capture, tracking, and reporting of safety observations, inspections, and audits.  S&W’s competitors cannot offer this end-to-end solution and must continue to partner with other companies to provide such solutions.
