PBBS Behavior Based Safety Training is an interactive web-based training program that lets users experience the full spectrum of behavioral safety concepts and how to apply them in the workplace. Al, our 3D teacher and guide works with two virtual employees acting out situations related to lesson topics.


Principles of Behavior Based Safety is a web-based interactive training program that teaches the basics of Behavior Based Safety in addition to the following:

  • Experience the full spectrum of behavioral safety concepts and how to apply them in the workplace
  • Learn the basics of human behavior, the use of pinpoints and checklists, and the conducting of safety observations
  • Unlimited access to training module for one full year
